Grandma and Grandpa Hanson Visit

Grandma Mary and Grandpa Jim came to visit for a few days.  Thankfully the weather was nice and we could play outside a little bit.  The boys were excited to show them their basketball, t-ball, and golf skills.  We also had a great time shopping, doing crafts, building forts, watching movies, and playing play-doh.  Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for a great visit!

3G shopping spree

Channing is 2 weeks old today!  We thought it would be the perfect occasion to have our first 3 generation shopping day.  We had a great morning walking around stores and grabbing a treat at Starbucks.  Channing did great and slept the entire time except for the 15 minutes she was eating.  Thanks Derrick for taking the boys, and giving us a girls' day.

1 Week Old

Fun with Grandma

The boys had some good bonding time with Grandma Beckie while I was in the hospital.  Thankfully for Grandma it was nice out, so they could go to playgrounds and run around outside.  They also did some winter clothes shopping, played with excavators, painted crafts, had picnics in the living room, and played dozens of games.

Birthday Celebrations

The boys wanted to make cupcakes to celebrate baby sister's '0' birthday (as Sawyer calls it), and it also happened to be Spencer's half birthday.  Half birthday's are a big deal for the boys - Sawyer isn't 4 he is 4 and a half, and now Spence can say he is 2 and a half :)

Sleepy Girl

All tuckered out after seeing the Pediatrician. All of her stats, tests, etc look great. She is eating like a champ and sleeping like a pro - a very healthy girl!

Channing Mary Strub

Welcome Channing! Born 10-2-12, weighing 6lbs 12 1/2 oz, and 20 3/4" long. The delivery went great (very fast!) - mom and baby are doing well!
